- Oversees the overall operational activities of the kitchen.
- Follow SOP and plan staff roster properly to ensure smooth operation.
- Comply with all regulations for workplace safety, food hygiene standards, and requirements.
- Ensure high quality and creative food products, minimize food wastage.
- Stock control, replenish supplies in a timely manner.
- Supervises and checks portion sizes, stations, fridges, and perishables.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
