We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will assist the Head Chef with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations while ensuring food safety, quality, and proper use of commercial kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes following the Head Chef's instructions to maintain consistent food quality
- Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor food safety standards during preparation and cooking to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Analyze kitchen processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and food quality
