Lead with Passion in the Kitchen
We're looking for strong, hands-on CDPs to take ownership of their station and inspire junior staff. Great chance to be part of a growing team with exciting menus!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section (grill, pasta, salad, etc.)
- Ensure high food quality and presentation standards
- Train and guide junior staff
- Manage stock for your section and ensure FIFO
- Work closely with Head Chef to implement kitchen goals
- Guide other kitchen staff in their daily tasks as needed.
- Ensure that food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role
- Able to lead by example and handle peak periods
- Strong technical skills and kitchen discipline
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Physically fit to handle kitchen pressure
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
