- Conduct stocktaking and order supplies for your station to ensure availability of ingredients
- Improve food preparation methods based on feedback to enhance efficiency and quality
- Assist in other kitchen areas as needed to support team operations
- Manage multiple tasks and organize work effectively during shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively to team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Apply knowledge of safety and sanitation best practices to maintain a healthy work environment
- Demonstrate passion for delivering great food and service through consistent performance
- Work well within a team to contribute to a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Qualification from a culinary school
