EarlyAfter is a hybrid cafe & Cocktail lounge where mornings begin with crafted brunch and specialty coffee, and evenings unwind with cocktails and hearty plates.
We serve modern western cusion with local and fusion touches - from all day breakfast to pasta, burgers and mains.
Key Responsibities:
-Prepare and cook dishes according to EarlyAfter Recipes, maintaining consistency and quality
-Execute brunch and dinner servies efficiently, including pasta, mains, sandwiches, and dinner plates
-work closely with head chef, and sous chef to plan mise-en-place, daily prep and kitchen operations.
-Ensure food is prepared and presented to high visual and taste standards.
-Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and adherene to SFA and NEA safety requirements.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in western or fusion cuisine.
solid cooking and knife skills is a plus
creative mindset and attention to plating and details
positive attitude is a must, good communication skills and teamwork
ability to handle fast paced services while maintaining qualoity and composure
