Role Summary

We are seeking a meticulous, hands-on Chef De Partie to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods while upholding food safety, hygiene and our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production of cakes, cookies, and pastries according to recipes, SOPs and quality standards
  • Cooking of pastry components such as ganache, buttercream, etc
  • Assembling of mini bites including brownies, cupcakes, and tarts
  • Frosting and decorating of standard and customised cakes
  • Prepare fondant decorations including fondant decorations, sculptures and fondant cakes
  • Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Inventory management and organisation of storage
  • Oversee and conduct employee training for new employees

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years professional baking or pastry production experience with management experience.
  • Strong discipline in food safety and documentation (HACCP/GMP/ISO).
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage, otherwise training will be arranged
  • Team player with good communication and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice-to-Have

  • WSQ certifications in Baking/Pastry or equivalent.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate

Schedule & Remuneration

  • 5.5-day rostered work week, 8am-4/5pm.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, performance incentives, overtime per MOM guidelines.
