Duties andResponsibilities for Cook:
1. Must have knowledge of Bangladeshi food preparation and food menus
2. Must be familiar with Bangla language
3. Responsible to handle entire kitchen operations.
4. Must be able to work on shift basis. (9:30am to1:30pm and 8:00pm to 12:00pm)
5. Must be Flexible with work timing and scheduleand should not have any concern with working overtime.
6. Must be able to work on fast hands for thepreparation of multiples food packets for catering purpose in shorter tieperiod.
7. Responsible to set the weekly menu for therestaurant
8. Responsible to keep track of the availableinventory and order in time beforehand
9. Responsible to handle below staff and enhancetheir skills.
10. Responsible for proper hygiene in and around thekitchen area
11. Responsible to handle the entire cookingoperations and take care of order delivery time and quick & accurate response to the orders
Requirements:
1. Having Knowledge minimum 4-5 years in Bangladeshi restaurant.
