Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out opening and closing duties to prepare the kitchen for daily operations and end-of-day cleaning.
  • Ensure Halal and hygiene standards are strictly followed in accordance with NEA regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in daily food and condiment preparation according to standard recipes.
  • Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare cooked dishes consistently within company guidelines.
  • Handle customers special requests and feedback in a positive and professional manner.
  • Keep track of stock levels, inform supervisors of low supplies, and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
  • Able to perform duties efficiently under a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Malay or Muslim cuisine will be an advantage.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently when required.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Singaporean / PR preferred.
