Roles & Responsibilities

a) In charge of all kitchen operations

b) Plan and direct food preparations and culinary activities

c) Handling of all customer requirements and complain issues

d) To abide the Company's rules and regulations

e) Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies

f) Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards

g) Any other ad-hoc assignments
