We are seeking an experienced Chartering Manager to lead and drive our chartering activities. This role will play a key part in maximizing fleet utilization, developing commercial opportunities, and strengthening relationships with charterers and brokers across the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure chartering opportunities to optimize vessel utilization and revenue.
- Negotiate charter party agreements with charterers and brokers.
- Monitor freight market trends and provide commercial insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage charter party contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with charterers, brokers, and industry partners.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of charter contracts.
- Manage and resolve charter party issues, claims, or disputes when required.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chartering or commercial shipping.
- Strong knowledge of freight markets and charter party agreements.
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Well-connected within the shipping and brokerage network.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
