Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact agency opportunities to drive revenue and strategic partnerships for TikTok.
- Use a consultative approach to deliver strategic media solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Develop compelling, data-driven sales narratives and presentations using market insights and success stories.
- Implement and uphold best-in-class client engagement and service practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead client education and enablement initiatives to drive platform adoption, product understanding, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies and innovative product solutions for agency partners.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in branding and performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on measurement and optimization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media/digital sales
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- A team player and collaborator
- Excellent verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
- Having experience in managing agency partnerships
- Ability to work at several levels of the organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, project management across external and internal departments
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach
