Job Summary
A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and AMETEK s products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing AMETEK brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This role will be working closely with multiple stakeholders to actively influence, decide and execute on the best options for this initiative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for AMETEK's corporate storefronts and business units, focusing on E-commerce and website optimization.
- Plan, formulate and implement and explore digital strategies for E-commerce and websites to build AMETEK brand awareness, improve customers digital experience, drive traffic and conversion.
- Initiate and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, media and key opinion leadership management.
- Take lead on developing, maintaining and delivering premium quality content to consumers in different brand owned digital assets (e.g. websites, mobile apps, social channels, etc.)
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement to continuously increase the return of investment.
- Support Ametek organizations in implementing identified improvements with sufficient reporting of KPI's.
- Provide summaries of the program's results and ROI to Business Unit marking professionals, BU Manager, and AMETEK executive management.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing digital marketing activities.
Position Requirements
- Academic degree and at least 5 years relevant working experience with digital marketing and e-commence (ideally B2B).
- Have a good understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the digital communication environment in Asia.
- Experience in E-commerce Marketing with knowledge in digital tools.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns.
- Good writing skill in editorial and marketing materials with media angle and insights.
- Excellent organizing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly an entrepreneurial mindset with strong influencing skills.
- Analytical and data driven with strong attention for details.
- Agile Project Management Skills.
- Able to identify and analyze metrics that will support organic growth.
- Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
