Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager (Assistant Manager Equivalent) to lead the change management workstream for a large-scale technology transformation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing organizational change, driving user adoption, and enabling business readiness across diverse stakeholders. Experience in procurement or supply chain transformation programs is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute an end-to-end change management strategy aligned with the overall project objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments to understand organizational, process, and role-level implications.
- Create and manage change plans, communication plans, stakeholder maps, and adoption roadmaps.
- Identify change risks, resistance, and readiness issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Engage business leaders, process owners, and end-users to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user forums, and communication sessions.
- Prepare communication assets such as newsletters, FAQs, briefing decks, and project updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder alignment within the change management function.
Training & Enablement
- Lead training needs analysis and design role-based training plans.
- Coordinate development of training materialsuser guides, SOPs, e-learning content, job aids.
- Facilitate or support delivery of training sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops.
- Monitor training effectiveness and reinforce learning through continuous engagement.
Business Readiness & Adoption Monitoring
- Ensure deployment readiness by supporting cutover planning, user onboarding, and hypercare activities.
- Drive user adoption through structured interventions, coaching, and communication.
- Measure adoption metrics, gather feedback, and track change effectiveness across user groups.
- Provide postgo-live support for stabilization and long-term change sustainment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of hands-on change management experience in technology-led transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in change impact assessment, communication planning, training design, and adoption management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and business leaders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify change risks and drive mitigation actions.
- Familiarity with procurement or supply chain transformation programs is preferred.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Singapore.
