Change Management Consultant

We're supporting a professional services organization that helps businesses navigate transformation and large-scale change. They're now looking for a Change Management Consultant. This role is ideal for a hands-on change practitioner who can guide teams through transitions, influence stakeholders, and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and gather insights
• Plan and deliver clear communication to support change adoption
• Track progress using metrics and feedback, adjusting approach as needed
• Coach and guide team members on change management practices
• Prepare clear reports with findings and recommendations for leadership

What we're looking for

• Strong, practical experience in change management
• Solid exposure to journey management, organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and change analytics
• 35 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable working across teams and contributing to key decisions

This is an initial 12-month contract role based in Singapore. Extension depends on performance and business needs.
