Change and Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change initiatives to support transition to the target state.
• Define and track metrics to measure transition effectiveness and determine appropriate actions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive change management plans aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
• Provide training and support to team members to promote adaptability.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.

• Intermediate proficiency in Change Management (required).
