Responsibilities:
- As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
- You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions.
- You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Management is required.
- Beginner proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
- Additionally, beginner proficiency in Design & Build Enablement and Stakeholder Management is suggested.
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
- Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of adaptability.
