Handled legal and general affairs issues, including contract management and risk mitigation
Managed and developed administrative and finance staff
Led ERP implementation initiatives and drove business process improvements
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting at an operating company
Management experience within corporate functions, including Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources
Proven experience in completing monthly and annual financial closings, as well as handling tax filing and compliance
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management (FP&A), with reporting to senior management / executives
Practical knowledge or management experience in HR and labor administration, including payroll and social insurance
Business-level English proficiency, with experience working with overseas subsidiaries and international stakeholders
Japanese: Native-level proficiency to communicate internally and externally
