Job Introduction
A fast-growing data center company is looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive its global financial strategy, lead capital market initiatives, and oversee IPO readiness. The CFO will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and strengthening investor confidence as the company continues to expand.
What You'll Do:
- Direct long-term financial planning to support global growth and data center expansion, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and capital allocation priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison with U.S. investors, the SEC, and stock exchanges, ensuring compliance and advancing listing and fundraising objectives.
- Lead equity and debt financing initiatives for large-scale projects, while maintaining transparent and credible communication with investors and stakeholders.
- Manage accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and internal controls in accordance with Singaporean and U.S. regulations, including SOX and SEC reporting standards.
- Partner with regional leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights, support expansion projects, and drive operational efficiency across markets.
- Develop and execute the IPO roadmap, encompassing audit readiness, due diligence, financial structuring, and investor presentations.
- Facilitate board and investor communications in English and Mandarin Chinese to ensure effective engagement with international stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree / Higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields CPA/CA/CFA preferred.
- 10 years of senior finance leadership, ideally exposure to date cente, infrastructure, technology / capital intensive industries.
- Deep understanding of U.S. SEC regulations, exchange listing rules, and IPO processes prior IPO or public company experience a plus.
- Proven track record in raising equity and debt for large-scale projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at the global level.
- Comfortable to travel frequently between Singapore and the U.S.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
- Extensive experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven expertise in project financing, REIT structures, and cross-border M&A transactions.
- Demonstrates the ability to excel in high-growth, fast-paced environments, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
