CEO - Green Technology / Advanced Battery Systems

NuBatt is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officerto lead our innovative green technology company specialising in advanced nuclear battery systems and sustainable energy solutions. The successful candidate will drive strategic vision, oversee R&D operations, and position the company as a leader in Singapore's growing green technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy for nuclear battery technology

. Lead research and development initiatives in green energy and advanced battery systems

. Oversee manufacturing operations and product development lifecycle

. Build strategic partnerships with government agencies and research institutions

. Drive market expansion across Southeast Asia and global markets

. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and nuclear technology standards

. Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and business development

. Manage P&L responsibility and ensure sustainable business growth

. Represent the company at industry conferences and investor meetings

Essential Requirements:

. PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

. Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in technology companies

. Extensive background in battery technology, energy storage systems, or nuclear technology

. Proven track record in scaling technology companies from startup to commercial success

. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance

. Excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities

. Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders globally

. Experience with fundraising and investor relations

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience with nuclear battery technology or advanced energy storage systems

. Previous CEO or C-level experience in green technology sector

. Knowledge of Singapore's regulatory environment and government programs

. International business development experience in APAC markets

. Published research or patents in battery technology or materials science
