Centre Operations Manager (Children Enrichment)

We are a leading enrichment centre specialising in abacus and mental arithmetic. Our mission is to nurture young minds through fun, structured, and effective learning. As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated Centre Operations Manager (Children Enrichment) to help us connect with parents, promote our programs, and support centre-wide campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and implement staff training programs to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor staff progress against goals.
- Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational plans.
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral programs.
- Manage social media content (photos, videos, posts, stories).
- Explore and work with influencers to boost visibility.
Parent Relations & Customer Engagement
- Handle parent enquiries and arrange trial lessons.
- Call parents after enrolment to ensure positive onboarding.
- Follow up with parents who submit withdrawals to gather feedback.
- Conduct yearly parent surveys and share referral promotions.
Events & Internal Coordination
- Plan and coordinate events (e.g., grading exams, roadshows, workshops).
- Motivate and update staff on campaigns to ensure strong communication with parents.
- Take photos/videos for marketing collateral and social media.
Insights & Reporting
- Gather parent feedback to improve programs.
- Track and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, event coordination, or customer service preferred.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with parents.
- Creative and hands-on with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
Main Location: Mountbatten Centre (with occasional travel to other centres)
Working Hours:
- Tue - Fri: 11:00am - 9:00pm
- Sat: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Sun & Mon: Rest days

- Salary range: $2,800 - $3,500 (commensurate with experience)
