Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans aligned with organizational strategies. Oversee service delivery of programmes and services in accordance with established objectives. Implement staff induction programme and develop training framework for employee development. Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services in collaboration with senior management. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide operational leadership and supervision for centre staff. Monitor expenses related to programmes and services to maintain budget compliance. Review and enhance programmes for relevance and effectiveness in meeting client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field. Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with seniors, volunteers, and community partners. Willingness to manage multiple centres within designated locations.
