Position: Centre Manager (Music School)
Working Hours: Office hours, weekends required
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 basic + work incentives up to $1,400/month (Estimated Gross Salary: $4,000 - $4,500)
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate front desk team performance in customer service, communication, sales, professionalism, and overall customer experience through 360-degree feedback.
- Oversee logistics and facilities maintenance to ensure a seamless, well-maintained environment.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolment, and lead conversion targets mentor team members to meet their individual goals.
- Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values, organize staff welfare events, and achieve target employee satisfaction scores.
- Ensure customer retention by driving high service standards, problem-solving, and achieving target customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain clear communication and transparency, aligning with company values, and report any issues proactively to management.
- Ensure full adoption and achievement of goals in the Enigma system.
- Track and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Flexible and available to work on weekends.
- Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking skills in sales and operational scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-driven with strong prioritization skills to drive centre growth.
- Committed to compliance and ethical business practices, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
