Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management of the centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, MOE guidelines (where applicable), and safety standards.
- Oversee efficient registration, billing, and enquiry handling processes.
- Drive student enrolment through effective sales, marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor student performance and satisfaction, ensuring timely feedback and support.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent service and meet centre objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous staff development.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in education management, retail management, or customer service leadership.
- Proven track record in sales, business growth, or centre operations management.
- Willing to work on weekends (with weekday off-days).
