Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and committed Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our coaching team, and ensure every child and parent enjoys an exceptional experience at our gymnastics centre.
If you're a strong people leader with proven business acumen, preferably experience in children's gymnastics, we want to meet you!

Business Management Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and monitor strategies to achieve centre performance targets.

  • Analyse key business indicators, operational metrics and cost factors to continuously improve results.

  • Ensure consistently high standards of customer service across the centre.

  • Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and class occupancy.

  • Optimise resources, manage budgets and minimise unnecessary expenses.

Gymnastics Curriculum (Preferred)

  • Experience coaching children aged 18 months to 12 years, with confidence leading groups of 10-20 children.

  • Understands age-appropriate gymnastics curriculum and skill progression.

  • Able to mentor, guide and develop trainee and junior coaches to strengthen coaching quality.

People Management

  • Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork and customer care.

  • Communicate proactively and effectively with the team.

  • Develop staff capabilities through training, feedback and performance reviews.

  • Identify potential in team members and support their career growth.

  • Oversee and ensure proper handling of personnel administration matters.

  • Lead the team in a positive and respectful manner, effectively managing conflict when needed.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.

  • Responsible for the overall health, safety and well-being of the team and students.
