We're looking for a dynamic and committed Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our coaching team, and ensure every child and parent enjoys an exceptional experience at our gymnastics centre.
If you're a strong people leader with proven business acumen, preferably experience in children's gymnastics, we want to meet you!
Plan, implement and monitor strategies to achieve centre performance targets.
Analyse key business indicators, operational metrics and cost factors to continuously improve results.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service across the centre.
Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and class occupancy.
Optimise resources, manage budgets and minimise unnecessary expenses.
Experience coaching children aged 18 months to 12 years, with confidence leading groups of 10-20 children.
Understands age-appropriate gymnastics curriculum and skill progression.
Able to mentor, guide and develop trainee and junior coaches to strengthen coaching quality.
Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork and customer care.
Communicate proactively and effectively with the team.
Develop staff capabilities through training, feedback and performance reviews.
Identify potential in team members and support their career growth.
Oversee and ensure proper handling of personnel administration matters.
Lead the team in a positive and respectful manner, effectively managing conflict when needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
Responsible for the overall health, safety and well-being of the team and students.
Strong communicator with persuasive and confident presentation skills.
Shows initiative, sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
