Power Kids Gym is a well-established, fun-focused kids gym company that boasts over 20 years in the children's enrichment business. As a business we offer our clients a wide range of tailored classes in basic sports and gymnastics for children as young as 6 months old and all the way up to the age of 9 years old.

We're not your typical recreational gymnastics space. We're looking for someone who loves both worlds: inspiring kids through sports/fitness coaching, and loves being physically active. What You'll Do:
- Lead and assist in sports/fitness sessions (warm-ups, activities, classes, or group coaching).
- Create a fun, safe, and motivating environment for participants of all ages.
- Support event days (e.g. birthdays, team-building, special activations)
- Ensure service areas and activity spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable customer experiences.
- We are looking for someone who has leadership, management experience or has been a team lead / supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
- Background in sports, fitness, or coaching (experience with kids or recreational coaching a plus).
- High energy, people-focused, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events.
