Responsibilities
- Able to do cooking (good cooking skills)
- Cook dishes based ont recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality
- Daily cutting and preparation
- Good food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the central kitchen
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management related to kitchen operations
Requirements
- Experience in catering or event-based F&B is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food hygiene certification (WSQ or equivalent)
- Good time management and communication skills
- Able to read basic English (menus, stock counts, ingredient)
