CCP Permit Declarations Officer (remote/part time)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customs cargo declarations using Tradeweb Live
• Process Certificates of Origin (eForm D, Form A, Back-to-Back COO) via Networked Trade Platform
• Use PSA Portnet for port-related submissions
• Prepare and check trade documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB)
• Coordinate with Singapore Customs and other agencies
• Resolve declaration issues and discrepancies
• Support import, export, and transshipment operations

Requirements:

• Experience in customs declaration / logistics in Singapore
• Familiar with TradeNet / Tradeweb / NTP / Portnet
• Basic knowledge of import/export regulations
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
