Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Sales Department on a daily basis, ensuring all sales operations are updated accurately and timely.
- Enforce compliance with company SOPs, including conducting regular team roll calls and operational check-ins.
- Quotation & Margin Control- Plan menus, approve sales quotations / prepare all tenders & contract submissions according to the client's budget and requirements whilst ensuring profitability. Ensure pricing accuracy and margin protection.
- Maintain 24-hour quotation turnaround time. Escalate high-value deals where required
- Responsible to create promotions, identify new marketing pipelines/funnels to target new businesses
- Attend Site Inspections / Tender Briefings and Conduct Sales Presentations to Clients
- Respond to customers complaints/feedbacks in a timely fashion
- Team Leadership- Supervise & delegate job daily workflow of sales team and to ensure work is on-track and accurate. Build a culture of accountability and performance
- Tender Management- Monitor and download tenders from procurement portals, Prepare and coordinate tender submissions & Ensure compliance and timely submission
- Revenue Growth- Build, expand and maintain sales account database to increase potential business. Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Expansion- Develop and expand corporate & institutional accounts. Identify and secure recurring contracts. Monitor pipeline and conversion rates
- Reporting & Strategy- Submit monthly sales performance reports/ Weekly Report/ End of the month report. Analyse trends and propose growth strategies
- Any other duties assigned by the Directors
Requirements:
- 5+ years Catering Sales (F&B preferred)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong negotiation & pricing skills
- KPI-driven & structured mindset
- Experience handling corporate or government clients
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (based on experience)
