Main Responsibilities:
- Drive category sales, profit, and growth by developing and executing strategic business plans
- Manage an effective product mix based on customer needs and market trends
- Plan and execute engaging promotional campaigns to boost store traffic and sales
- Develop placement and planogram strategies that enhance product visibility and customer experience
- Create competitive pricing strategies to offer value and attract customers
- Build strong supplier partnerships to optimize terms, discounts, and profitability
- Expand corporate/private label programs to drive category performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including stock ageing and write-off processes
- Minimize shrinkage through disciplined inventory and procurement practices
- Foster a collaborative culture with internal teams and external partners
- Manage full product development lifecycle-from curation and design to quality control and logistics
- Develop strong relationships with licensees and OEM suppliers
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Possess minimum 5 years of category management in Beverages and Tobacco or Grocery
- Experience in customer-focused industries with proven skills in merchandising, marketing, and business development
