Role Overview
Drive category strategy, innovation and growth for the savoury segment by working closely with commercial, technical and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
. Develop & execute short- and long-term category strategies
. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Portfolio teams
. Translate market trends & customer insights into product strategies
. Lead innovation projects for key customers & market expansion
. Develop customer-facing materials (presentations, brochures, digital assets)
. Support technical product development & pricing analysis
. Engage customers alongside Sales to present flavour solutions & concepts
. Drive regional alignment & knowledge sharing
. Support trade shows, seminars & innovation showcases
