Develop category strategies to drive cost optimization and manage supply risks.
Perform supply market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier base analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.
Identify joint sourcing opportunities with other business units.
Lead sourcing activities for assigned categories, including defining scope, supporting technical evaluations, conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Legal on contracting.
Manage contracting processes in collaboration with Legal and relevant parties.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; manage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
Monitor, manage, and drive supplier performance in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead regular business reviews and engagements with key suppliers.
Skills For Success
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
Experience in data centre, construction, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment procurement.
Strong experience in negotiations and contracting.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
