Cashier- Chinese Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the management.
• Manage restaurant reservations and bookings, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Manage orders from online delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, GrabFood, Foodpanda).
• Assist with in-dining services, including supporting waitstaff during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering , preferably in a full service restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate fluently with both Chinese and English-speaking customers.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
