Cash Operations Analyst

We're hiring a Cash Operations Analyst on behalf of a global financial services firm that supports high-volume banking and payment operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, structured environment handling critical cash and payments processes.

What you'll do:

• Handle daily cash operations (GIRO, standing instructions, account debits/credits, etc.)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
• Investigate and resolve exceptions, working closely with offshore teams
• Follow strict controls, risk, and escalation procedures
• Keep SOPs and process documents up to date
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet SLAs

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in banking/financial services operations (cash/payments)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations and controls
• Detail-oriented, able to manage tight deadlines
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and resolving issues independently
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Open to fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant internships.

This is a 12-month contract based in Singapore.
