Case Worker | Contract | Govt

Work location: Toa Payoh
Working hours: Mon to Thurs 12pm - 9.30pm, Fri 12pm to 9pm
Salary: $3160 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Engage callers to understand and assess the situation
• Gather and verify information with other sources
• Conduct risk and safety assessment
• Determine response time and routing of cases
• Engage agencies in transfer of cases
• Engage key family members

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Good written and communication skills
• Good engagement skills
• Good problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong planning and administration skills
