Job Summary
You are to ensure quality assurance and governance efforts, ensuring compliance with policies and vendor standards while supporting learning administration and funding applications to drive organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and uphold the organisation's quality assurance philosophy, policies, and operating procedures to ensure consistent standards
- Maintain and manage internal audit processes and review cycles to enable effective implementation of quality assurance systems
- Monitor vendor compliance with quality policies and track contractual and performance issues to mitigate risks
- Analyze the impact of quality assurance policies on organisational performance to inform continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder relationships by addressing issues, communicating updates, and documenting feedback and queries
- Support and oversee the execution of learning administration processes to maintain operational efficiency
- Implement corporate governance regulations across the organisation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in preparing and managing external funding applications (e.g., SSG funding, UTAP, SFC, SFEC) to secure financial resources
- Compile and present data analysis reports to communicate findings and support decision-making
