FINANCIAL ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial data and key performance metric reports with detailed analysis across production line, products class and project.
• Work closely with operations to monitor cost drivers and business performance, helping to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support accurate month-end closing process through reconciliation of inventory, revenue and production cost.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, by ensuring consistency and accuracy of finance and production data across multiple systems.
• Perform data validation check and ensure accurate data reliable reporting and analysis.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues through close communication, walkthrough and testing with operation team.
• Support in continuous improvement by enhancing reporting workflows, frameworks, and templates.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields
• 2-3 years working experience in FP&A or financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
