Case Manager | Contract

Work location: Thomson
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours (hybrid)
Salary: up to $3160 per month

1 year contract

Job Scope:

• Conduct triage and referral support for cases
• Basic screening of cases and data entry into case management system
• Respond to enquiries
• Refer cases to agencies for support services
• Provide administrative closure
• Participate in reviews and operational processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology/Social Science or related fields
• Good assessment skills
• Prior experience in case management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
