Scope of Work - Case Referrals Management Services
Services Required
- Collection, transportation, and sorting of seizures.
- Preparation and submission of all referral documents.
Detailed Scope of Work
- Travel from office to designated locations (scheduled or ad-hoc) to collect, transport, and process seizures.
- Receive, sort, and conduct preliminary checks on seizures, where applicable.
- Ensure all seizures are secured in a designated storage facilities on the same day.
- Handle all relevant paperwork and documentation associated with seizures and referrals.
- Perform any other duties relevant to case referral management as assigned.
Attributes, Skills, and Experience of Service Personnel
The Service Personnel(s) deployed by the Contractor shall meet the following requirements:
- Prior working experience with the Singapore Police Force or other relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma.
- Personnel must be subject to the Authority's approval before deployment.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Physically fit, able to perform manual lifting of approximately 15kg.
- Must possess a working mobile phone and remain contactable at all times during active duty.
