Carpenter Supervisor (Hands‑On Fixer) - Night Shift &Weekends

We are seeking a hands‑on Carpenter Supervisor (Fixer) to lead and perform carpentry work on mall renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise hands‑on carpentry tasks (millwork, fixtures, partitions, finishes)
• Lead small teams during night shifts and weekends assign tasks and work alongside crew
• Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings and specifications
• Enforce mall renovation SOPs, quality standards and site safety procedures
• Manage materials, monitor progress, troubleshoot on site and report to project management
• Train, mentor and evaluate team members liaise with mall management and subcontractors

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years carpentry experience with proven hands‑on capability prior supervisory experience preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (required)
• Familiar with mall renovation standard operating procedures and mall‑specific requirements
• Strong woodworking, finishing and installation skills able to use hand and power tools safely
• Good leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
