CARPENTER

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks related to commercial and residential projects
• Assemble and install frameworks, roofing, partitions,staircases, and cabinetry
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, sketches, or building plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, floors, frameworks, and furniture
• Use hand tools and power tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and chisels
• Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using measuring tools
• Ensure structures meet building codes and safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Work with other trades to complete construction projects
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines
• Comply with health and safety regulations on-site

Job Requirements:

• Skilled in operating carpentry tools and machinery
• Carpentry and renovation experience a plus
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Min 1 Years relevant working experiences
