Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor the daily operation of the car park.
  • Manage parking space allocations and maintain accurate records of tenants, visitors, and reserved slots.
  • Process payments, validate parking tickets, and reconcile daily cash or system transactions.
  • Issue and deactivate parking access cards or passes.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers, tenants, and visitor professionally.
  • Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the car park.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly parking reports, including revenue, occupancy, and incident logs.
  • Monitor and report any damages, malfunctions, or violations (e.g., unauthorized parking, safety hazards).
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and local parking regulations.
  • Assist in implementing parking policies, signage, and traffic flow improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or parking operations roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with parking or access control systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
