Cargo Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cargo operations and documentation
• Safeguard product quality and quantity
• Ensure compliance with SS648: 2019 and company standards
• Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
• Monitor and ensure inventory stocks are documented accurately documentation of Attend & report on customer complaints or dispute to the superior
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum at least Nitec or Diploma in Maritime studies.
• At least 1 year of related working experience
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel and Word applications.
• Possess certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
• Possess certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648)
• Willing to go onboard vessel
