Job scope:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with servicing and repair enquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers
- Conduct follow-up and reminder calls for service due dates, recalls, and service campaigns
- Respond to customer enquiries via email
- Provide administrative support and liaise with Service Advisors on call centre matters
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment
