Call Centre Officer #HKC

Location: Newton (Pick up at Kovan/Serangoon/Woodlands)

Duration: 1 year contract (START 15th Oct)

Work hours: Any 5 days / week, rotating shifts incl. weekends & public holiday

Rotating Shift timings:

8AM - 5:30PM

8:30AM - 6:00PM

2:30PM - 1200AM (transporation claims provided!)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to provide information, answer queries, and resolve issues related to the company services and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using the company's CRM systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Assist in coordinating with other departments for follow-up actions or escalations when necessary.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Participate actively in training and team meetings to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Min O/A level or Diploma in any field

Prefer 1 year of Customer Experience / Call Centre setting
