CAD Drafter

Roles and responsibilities

We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for an experienced CAD drafter. He/ she will be responsible to collect all drawings, data, and taking notes involved in a tender or project, draft layout plans, draft construction drawings (specifying dimensions, codes, production methods, and materials)as well as site survey at the beginning stage.

Job Description

. Collaborate with business development and designer to provide test fit layout for potential prospects.

. Collaborate with designer and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.

. Must be able to produce quality 2D/ 3D drawings from scratch using CAD/ Sketch up software.

. Must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight this to the team.

. Prepare drawing schedule and update on revision drawing number promptly.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

. Proficient of AutoCAD software and Sketch up.

. 2 to 5 years of related works experience.

. Proven track record and credibility.

. Good time management and planning.

. Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.

. Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS power point, excel spreadsheet, Words and Outlook.
