Buyer (Standard /Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for quotations and price negotiation with vendors
• To drive cost down & ensure total cost competitiveness through negotiation value engineering, logistics & other innovative ways
• Responsbile for procurement of standard parts to support production needs according to customers requirement
• Monitor and expedite for timely delivery of purchase parts

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Purchasing / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Good negotiation and sourching skills
• At least 3 years or relevant experiece in manufacturing environment
• A team player and able to work independently
• Confident, meticulous and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of commercial suppliers within the market
