Job Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone and prepare beef, pork and chicken.
• Use meat cutting machines such as grinders, slicers and band saws.
• Weigh, pack and label meat products.
• Check meat products for quality, freshness and good presentation.
• Store meat at the correct temperature.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and follow food safety rules.
• Check stock and order supplies when needed.
• Complete daily meat preparation and orders on time.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter.
• Able to cut, trim and debone different types of meat.
• Able to use meat cutting machines safely.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe meat handling.
• Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
