Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Head Office system enhancements, change requests, and BAU activities within a leading international bank. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis, stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests (CR)
- Act as liaison between Singapore team and Head Office (Japan)
- Gather, analyse, and validate business/system requirements
- Coordinate project activities and track progress across teams
- Handle BAU support and ensure smooth system operations
- Conduct impact analysis and ensure timely implementation
- Prepare status reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Identify risks/issues and drive resolution
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / IT Project / PMO
- Experience in banking / financial services domain preferred
- Strong experience in CR management & system enhancements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
- Good English communication
