We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within a wealth management environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation related to Investment Advisory platforms, particularly the Aladdin Wealth system.
The role requires strong expertise in wealth management products, investment advisory services, and regulatory frameworks, with hands-on experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Work closely with the Product Owner, Program Manager, and cross-functional teams to define requirements at epic and user story levels.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, models, diagrams, and documentation to support implementation.
Facilitate discussions within the project team to achieve alignment on scope, solution design, and implementation decisions.
Work closely with technology teams and vendors to ensure system delivery aligns with validated business requirements.
Support implementation of investment advisory solutions, particularly Aladdin Wealth, within the wealth management ecosystem.
Assist in analysing and optimising existing workflows and business processes.
Develop test cases, use cases, and testing documentation.
Perform pre-UAT validation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Coordinate UAT sessions and support issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare user training materials and user guides.
Assist business teams with updated operational workflows and documentation.
Identify project risks or issues and escalate them proactively to project leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst within wealth management or investment advisory environments.
Hands-on experience with the Aladdin Wealth platform (mandatory).
Experience with Avaloq Core Banking System will be highly advantageous.
Experience in Aladdin Wealth implementation projects, particularly alongside Avaloq integration, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of investment products lifecycle, including structured products and OTC instruments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
Experience using Jira and Confluence for requirements management and documentation.
Strong conceptual modelling and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions.
