Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Head Office system enhancements, change requests, and BAU activities within a leading international bank. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis, stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests (CR)
2. Act as liaison between Singapore team and Head Office (Japan)
3. Gather, analyse, and validate business/system requirements
4. Coordinate project activities and track progress across teams
5. Handle BAU support and ensure smooth system operations
6. Conduct impact analysis and ensure timely implementation
7. Prepare status reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates
8. Identify risks/issues and drive resolution

Key Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / IT Project / PMO
2. Experience in banking / financial services domain preferred
3. Strong experience in CR management & system enhancements
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
6. Good English communication

Preferred

1. Experience with core banking systems
2. Experience working with Japanese banks / global stakeholders
3. Exposure to project coordination or PMO activities
